You can use the form below to obtain accreditation or order festival passes.
Who can obtain an accreditation?
- Scientists
- Journalists
- Employees of film archives and other comparable institutions, of municipal cinemas and film clubs.
The accreditation is usually chargeable; Students, etc. receive a discount. The festival reserves the right to issue free accreditations. There is no entitlement to this.
The price of the accreditation includes: access to all events except the culinary cinema (the price for the meal is to be paid), catalog and bag with foam seat cushions. Your accreditation can be sent to you against prepayment. Please use this possibility; it helps us!
Your accreditation request must have reached us – ideally by email – by Monday, January 21, 2020 ; thereafter, accreditations are only granted in well-founded exceptional cases; Alternatively, you can purchase a festival pass at the box office!
Festival Pass:
Festival Passes are available without restrictions.
Festival Passes can be sent to you if you order and pay in advance. Please use this possibility; there is a higher price at the box office!
Students, schoolchildren, members of Déjà Vu – Film e.V., Kinemathek Karlsruhe e. V., severely disabled people etc. receive a discount.
Festival Passes are not available in advance sales!

The deadline for ordering festival passes ends on Monday, January 21st. After that it is only possible to buy it at the box office during the festival!
