Tickets for single screenings
are available at the box office and in advance (Pre-Sale) at Musikhaus Schlaile in Karlsruhe. Tickets can be reserved by email or phone at the box office price.
Festival passes are not available in advance (Pre-Sale), but only on order (in writing or by email) or under changed conditions during the festival at the box offices.

Detailed information for festival visitors
You can order or apply for Festival Passes and Accreditations.
Tickets for individual events can be purchased in advance at Musikhaus Schlaile – and only there. Alternatively, tickets for individual events can also be reserved by telephone.
Please note: When booking tickets by telephone, the box office prices apply.
However, it is not possible to order and send tickets for individual events.

You can use the form below to obtain accreditation or order festival passes.
Accreditation:
An accreditation can obtain:
- 1) Scientists
- 2) journalists
- 3) Employees of film archives and other comparable institutions, of municipal cinemas and film clubs.
The accreditation is usually chargeable; Students etc. receive a discount. The festival reserves the right to issue free accreditations. There is no entitlement to this.
The price of the accreditation includes: Access to all events including film concerts, programs and bags (if stocks last). Your accreditation can be sent to you against prepayment. Please use this possibility; it helps us!
Your accreditation request must be received by us – ideally by email – by Monday, January 29, 2024. Thereafter, accreditations will only be granted in justified exceptional cases. Alternatively, you can purchase a festival pass at the box office!
Festival Pass:
Festival Passes are available without restrictions. Festival passes are sent to you on request if you order and pay in advance. Please use this possibility; there is a higher price at the box office!
Reduced Prices:
Students, schoolchildren, members of Déjà Vu – Film e.V., members of Kinemathek Karlsruhe e. V., Pensoners, severely disabled people etc. receive a discount.

Katalog und Tasche sowie Programmheft erhalten Sie nach Vorlage Ihrer Akkreditierung bzw. Ihres Festivalpasses am Festivalstand im Stephanssaal.

You will receive the program brochure and a bag after presenting your accreditation or your festival pass at the festival stand in the Stephansaal.
