Detailed Informations for Festival Visitors
Festival visitors can order festival passes or apply for accreditations.
Tickets for individual events can be purchased in advance at Musikhaus Schlaile (Karlsruhe) – and only there; alternatively, tickets for individual events can also be reserved by telephone.
Please note: When you book your tickets by telephone, we have to apply the box office prices. You will receive your tickets at the box office.
However, it is not possible to order and to ship tickets for individual events.

Accreditation:
Who can apply for an accreditation?
- 1) Scientists
- 2) Journalists
- 3) Employees of film archives and other comparable institutions, of municipal and non-commercial cinemas and film clubs.
The accreditation is usually chargeable; Students etc. receive a discount. The festival reserves the right to award accreditations free of charge. There is no entitlement to this.
The price of the accreditation includes: Access to all events including the film concert, program brochure and bag (if stocks last). Your accreditation can be sent to you against prepayment. Please use this possibility; it helps us!
Your accreditation request must have reached us – ideally by email – by Monday, January 21, 2020 ; thereafter, accreditations are only granted in well-founded exceptional cases. Festival Pass:
Festival passes are available without restrictions.
Festival passes are sent to you on request if you order and pay in advance. Please use this possibility; there is a higher price at the box office!
Discount:
Students, schoolchildren, members of Déjà Vu – Film e.V., Kinemathek Karlsruhe e. V., severely disabled people etc. receive a discount.
